• (2011) SHEN ZHONG FA MIN YI CHU ZI No 45 (30 September 2011) (Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Guangdong Province, China) (translated) ((2011)深中法民一初字第45号) where the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court refused to recognise and enforce a judgment of the Seoul Western District Court.

• (2012) E WUHAN ZHONG MIN SHANG WAI CHU ZI No 00016 (26 November 2013) (Wuhan Intermediate People's Court, Hubei Province, China) (translated) ((2012)鄂武汉中民商外初字第0016号). In this case, the Chinese court recognised a judgment by the District Court of Montabaur in Germany that appointed a bankruptcy administrator and regulated certain aspects of the administrator’s capacity to act.
