[Publication] Chinese version of Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Asia published
The Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI) is pleased to announce that ABLI's first text Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Asia (Compendium) is now available in Chinese. The Chinese text has been published by Law Press China and is available for purchase here.
Since its release in January 2018, the Compendium has been referred to on multiple occasions, including in academic papers and books, keynote speeches by government officials, and court judgments. We hope the publication of the Chinese version of the Compendium will make our work more accessible to interested groups in China and Chinese-speaking readers in other parts of the world.
